Covid-19 Updates
We have had to change the way we work to keep everyone safe
The Government has released new infection control guidance. From Monday 13th December we have to screen every patient who will be attending the health centre with a 9 point questionnaire and we will have to introduce stricter infection control measures. This may mean that phone lines are busier than usual, however we remain open and we will continue to ensure you receive the appropriate medical care.
Please attend your appointment on your own where possible.
Please note, as the risk of COVID-19 is still at a substantial risk, we ask all patients to wear face coverings and observe social distancing when in the surgery.
Vaccination Passport/status certificate
Please do not contact the practice to ask for a Covid vaccination passport or status certificate – we are not able to provide any standard document. NHS Inform have launched a “Get a record of your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination status” service. Please see NHSInform for further information
Isolation Notes
- Visit NHS Inform for the latest guidance on coronavirus COVID-19, including symptom checker, self-care and social distancing
- If you have severe covid-19 symptoms and need further advice call NHS 24 on 111
Thank you for your cooperation during this pandemic.
Practice Update
We have all had to learn to live and work differently during the COVID 19 Pandemic. We thank all our patients for their understanding and support during this time. We have had to learn and do the majority of our work over the telephone and using email to help deliver primary medical care to our patients. This has resulted in lengthy waits to get through to us on the telephone and likewise for us to get back to patients. We are continuing to see patients both at the surgery and visit the housebound as needed.
We will continue to re-assess our service and make changes for the better. We welcome feedback but please provide this via post or email.
We are happy to receive requests for prescriptions via our Practice email:

Please see 'quick links' for our latest news letter for more information on the practice.
